FACTS: A college student came home to Winston-Salem during one of his school breaks. He was a passenger in a car on his way back to school when the car he was in was struck by a tractor trailer that was changing lanes on I-85 in South Carolina. The driver of the tractor trailer initially blamed the collision on the driver of the car. An accident reconstruction was performed and illustrated the collision was caused by the tractor trailer.
